Refs #38 (no closing keywords).

Applications page: Node Exporter and Checkmk removed, the AI model card moved off the page (UC-FE-50, UC-FE-70 re-homed). New /operator/aiconfig page for the global AI provider config - base, headers, key (write-only, AES-256-GCM), allowlist, auto-retrieve - backed by GET|PATCH /plans/ai/config + POST /plans/ai/models/refresh, all instance-operator gated (UC-MW-167, UC-FE-96).

Review adds: GET /plans/ai/config gated to instance operators (headers can carry private tokens); aiconfig UC renumbered 95 to 96 (UC-FE-95 is bulk decommission on agent-develop). Gates on head 2010755: uc-check, ai-headers, type-mirror, middleware 570/570, dashboard 242/242, svelte-check 0 errors, hidden set 1/1. The run does not merge; operator merges.
