The public git.eduard3v.com URL is fronted by Cloudflare and intermittently 400s/1010s the pipeline's API calls; the internal instance URL http://192.168.31.10:30033 is the same Forgejo and serves them directly. All agent-pipeline scripts and the issue-flow skill now default to it (GOTOI_FORGEJO still overrides), and the credential lookups in forgejo.py + integrate.py accept the public-host credential line either way. Verified live: /api/v1/version, bot-token auth (gotoi-agent), operator basic auth (EduarD3V), integrate.py status, queue-plan.py, ACK fetch, apply-agent-develop.py status.

same Forgejo and serves them directly. Credential lookups in forgejo.py and
integrate.py accept the public-host credential line either way, so bot-token
and operator-basic auth both keep working against either endpoint.
GOTOI_FORGEJO still overrides.
