Both offender pages now render at the standard content width by adopting the standard structure instead of passing maxWidth, matching /operator/applications and /operator/users on desktop and mobile.

aiconfig: dropped maxWidth="60rem" (commit a1b7da0)
settings/personalization: dropped maxWidth="48rem" (commit 4d40620) — that half became possible after #70 merged mid-run; the branch was rebased onto origin/agent-develop before it was done

Responsible lines: Page.svelte:41 inline-style path now inert for both pages; .page-chrome--padded { max-width: 90rem } (app.css) + body padding rules decide the width, identical to the standard pages.

Gates (orchestrator-run on the final reviewed tree): _check.py 0 (359 UCs), check-ai-headers 0 (577 ok), check-type-mirror 0, dashboard bun run test 254/254, bun run check 0 errors (7 pre-existing warnings), bun run build ok, 'Showing lines' clean.

Review: CLEAN (independent reviewer, 9router/reviewer; REVIEW comment on the issue).
