Rolling PR. All bullet work lands on bullet-develop via per-issue PRs (auto-merged after review + gates). Merge this single PR into main when satisfied.

Integrated issues:

PR #23 — Use case: PAdES B-B PDF signing (pdf-lib + WebCrypto)

Automated by bullet: implemented → reviewed (independent model) → gates green → auto-merged into bullet-develop. Trunk is human territory; this PR is the one button the human presses.

Reconcile #9's batch queue with the #7/#8/#10 work already integrated:

- App.svelte: the queue (N files, sequential run, ZIP + manifest) is now the
  sign workflow; verify mode and its panel are untouched. SignButton and
  ResultCard go, as #9 removed them; the queue's run button carries the
  disabled/hint state they used to.
- The queue's engine seam keeps BOTH formats wired: CAdES-BES (#6) and
  XAdES-EPES (#7), the latter fed the PKCS#12 chain the batch needs.
- FileDrop takes N files and keeps the title/hint overrides the verify flow
  uses; verify handlers read the first picked file.
- i18n: queue keys from #9 plus the verify/check keys from #8; copy only
  ResultCard consumed is dropped.
- Tests: #9's 3-file UI batch and XAdES-through-the-queue (unzip + xmlsec1)
  replace the single-file UI tests it superseded; #8's verify-mode suite is
  kept verbatim.
