The marketing site had a Dockerfile and nginx.conf but nothing built or
deployed it, while gotoi-docs and gotoi-dashboard are both published by
scripts/publish-container-images.sh and served by deploy/docker-compose.yml.
Close the gap:

- publish script builds and pushes marketing:gotoi-marketing
- compose gains a `marketing` service on ${GOTOI_MARKETING_BIND:-127.0.0.1}:${GOTOI_MARKETING_PORT:-8081}
- deploy/.env.example, deploy/README.md, docs/DEPLOY.md, docs-site deploy.mdx,
  RELEASING_INSTRUCTIONS.md, README.md track the new image
- UC-OP-26 / UC-OP-27 / UC-OP-19 updated (version + Story/flow/Implementation)

Smoke: docker build -f marketing/Dockerfile, curl / serves index.html, /nope 404;
docker compose build marketing and config --quiet both pass.
