fix: pull-capable sources hide duplicate URL/Port fields ... b09a96864d

The detail pane showed URL, Port and the Connection Base URL side by side
for Checkmk/Grafana; guided setup only ever sets Base URL. Hide URL/Port
when the kind has a pull preset, and show the one-time ingest token box
plus the Rotate/Authorization row only outside pull mode.

fix: guided setup hides the webhook block for polling sources ... 0915c6abb2

After Save a Checkmk/Grafana source in pull mode still rendered the
one-time ingest token, the resolved webhook URL and the Uptime Kuma
header JSON. Gate that block on !pullMode, the same predicate the wire
step uses.

test: pin pull-mode gating on the source pages ... 3ad8f17e7c

UC-FE-51/UC-FE-71/UC-FE-73 source-text assertions cover the hidden
URL/Port inputs, the hidden detail-pane token block and the hidden
